FOR CLOSED MEETINGS

A. I presided at a closed meeting of the Sale Lake City

property as permitted by the Open and Public Meetings Act;
investigate proceeding regarding allegations
of criminal misconduct; or

1. If the meeting was closed for any reason
identified in paragraph B.1 or B.2, above, this document
constitutes the record and minutes of said meeting, as
required by Section 52-4-206 Utah Code Ann., 1953, as
amended (Repl. Vol. 5B) .
2. If the said closed meeting was held for a purpose
identified in paragraphs B.3 through B.8, above, a recording
was made of the closed portion of the meeting; and there
