hold a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. on April 27, 1982, in Room 211 City
and County Building, Salt Lake City, Utah.
AGENDA
1. Roll Call.
2. Adoption of resolution authorizing issuance and sale of Hospital
Revenue Bonds, Series 1982, Intermountain Health Care, Inc.
3. Other Council business - none.
4. Adjournment.
*NOTE: The City Council will meet as the Committee of the Whole immediately
following their Council meeting, approximately 4:40 p.m., to discuss
budget overview for FY 82-83.

Dear Dick:
At the request of Bob Foltz of our office, I have prepared
and am enclosing herewith suggested forms of agendas for the
respective council meetings for Salt Lake City, Orem and Sandy.
Since the Salt Lake City Municipal Council meeting will
be a special meeting, it will be necessary to comply with the •
requirements for calling a special meeting. I will contact Kathryn
Marshall to determine what, if any, special procedures that Salt
Lake City has for special meetings and will advise Bob Foltz so that
he can include the necessary showings in the proceedings.
With respect to the Notice, the respective cities can use
their own form of notice, if they desire, provided that each city
sets forth the time, date and place of the meeting and that the
agenda shows the Bond Resolution item (item 3) as set forth in the
enclosed forms.
