TUESDAY, APRIL 4 , 2017
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 7 : 18 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Erin Mendenhall Stan Penfold Charlie Luke
Andrew Johnston Lisa Adams James Rogers
Derek Kitchen
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Jacqueline
Biskupski, Mayor; David Litvack, Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret
Plane, City Attorney; and Scott Crandall, Deputy City Recorder; were
present .
Director Penfold presided at and conducted the meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
7 :18:49 PM Councilmember Mendenhall moved and Councilmember Kitchen
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members voted aye .
#1 . 7 :19:19 PM Director Mendenhall moved and Director Kitchen
seconded to approve the minutes of the Local Building Authority meeting
held Tuesday, February 21, 2017 , which motion carried, all directors

#2 . 7 :19:41 PM Consider adopting a Bond Resolution authorizing the
issuance and the sale of up to $10,000,000 of Lease Revenue Bonds of the
Local Building Authority, for the purpose of financing a portion of the
cost of acquiring, constructing and improving a new Fire Station No. 3,
authorizing the execution and delivery of certain related documents and
providing for related matters . View Attachment
Director Rogers moved and Director Johnston seconded to adopt
Resolution 2 of 2017, which motion carried, all directors voted aye .

7 :20:07 PM Director Luke moved and Director Kitchen seconded to
adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and
reconvene as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors voted
aye .
The meeting adjourned at 7 : 20 p .m.
