THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 2006
The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in Regular Session
on Thursday, August 10, 2006, at 5 : 30 p.m. in Room 326, Committee Room,
City County Building, 451 South State Street.
The following Council Members were present:
Van Turner Jill Remington Love Eric Jergensen
Soren Simonsen Carlton Christensen Nancy Saxton
The following Councilmember was absent:
Dave Buhler
Rocky Fluhart, Deputy Mayor; Rusty Vetter, Appointed Senior City
Attorney; and Scott Crandall, Deputy City Recorder; were present.
Councilmember Turner presided at and conducted the meeting.
OPENING CEREMONY

Councilmember Christensen moved and Councilmember Jergensen
seconded to adopt Resolution 50 of 2006, which motion carried, all
members present voted aye .
