Item #1 : Nominating Subcommittee
Esther Truitt reported that they were prepared to hold
elections for Chair and Vice-Chair in the January meeting .
Item #2 : Christmas Social
The meeting was held at the home of Jennifer Harrington
and , after the one item of business , the rest of the evening
was used as a Christmas Social for members of the Urban
Forestry Board and their partners .
