1. Consider and approve the Preliminary Official Statement for the Water
and Sewer Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 1983.
2. Consider and adopt an ordinance closing the eastern 148.5-foot portion
of Girard Avenue between approximately 550 and 560 West at 530 North, but re-
serving utilities easements and retaining title, relating to request of Petition
262 of 1982 submitted by General Distributing Company.
