A. Budget Amendment Inquiry for Consulting Contract
The Administration will come to the Council for a Budget Amendment to
continue funding the contract with the City's consultant Marcia White through
March.
➢ Before initiating the budget amendment process, the Administration
would like to know whether the Council is amenable to this request.
There were no objects from Council Members to support the
Administration's request for the budget amendment.

B. Utah League Legislative Policy Committee Members
Council Members Johnston and Kitchen have agreed to be voting members
representing Salt Lake City on the Utah League of Cities &Towns Legislative
Policy Committee. The Legislative Policy Committee addresses bills affecting
municipalities during the Legislature's sessions.All Salt Lake City Council
Members are invited to participate in the League's Legislative Policy Committee
discussions, but every municipality is limited to three voting members. Mayor
Biskupski is the other voting member. Council Members Johnston and Kitchen
succeed Council Members Luke and Rogers.
