TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21 , 2017
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 7 : 17 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.
The following Board Directors were present:
Erin Mendenhall Stan Penfold Charlie Luke
Lisa Adams James Rogers Derek Kitchen
The following Board Director was absent:
Andrew Johnston
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; David Litvack,
Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City Attorney; and Cindi
Mansell, City Recorder; were present.
Director Penfold presided at and Director Rogers conducted the
meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
7:17:07 PM Councilmember Penfold moved and Councilmember Mendenhall
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members present voted aye .
#1 . 7:17:27 PM Director Adams moved and Director Luke seconded to
approve the meeting minutes of Tuesday, January 17, 2017 and Tuesday,
February 7 , 2017, which motion carried, all directors present voted aye .

#2 . 7:17:55 PM Adopting a resolution amending the final budget for
the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 (Fire Station No. 3) (Budget
Amendment No. 2) . View Attachments
Director Penfold moved and Director Luke seconded to adopt
Resolution 1 of 2017, which motion carried, all directors present voted
aye .

7 :18:19 PM Director Adams moved and Director Penfold seconded to
adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and
reconvene as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors
present voted aye .
