TUESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2018
The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in Room 315, Council Chambers,
City County Building, 451 South State .
In Attendance: Directors Erin Mendenhall, Chris Wharton, Charlie Luke,
Amy Fowler, and Andrew Johnston.
Absent: Directors James Rogers and Derek Kitchen.
Staff in Attendance: Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director;
Jacqueline Biskupski, Redevelopment Agency Executive Director; Patrick
Leary, Executive Director' s Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City
Attorney; and Kory Solorio, Assistant City Recorder.
Director Fowler presided at and conducted the meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 7 : 21 p.m.
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUSINESS (RDA)
#1 . 7:22:00 PM Northwest Quadrant Project Area - Consider Approval
of Development Agreements . The Board will consider approval of
development agreements for the Northwest Quadrant Project Area. View

Director Luke moved and Director Johnston seconded to adopt two
resolutions :
1 . Resolution R-5-2018 authorizing a development agreement between
Salt Lake City Corporation, the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City
and Kennecott Utah Copper, LLC.
2 . Resolution R-4-2018 authorizing a development agreement between
Salt Lake City Corporation, the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City
and NWQ, LLC.
Director Fowler said being new as the Vice Chair of the RDA (she
thought it was important to mention) she had watched all the work done
by the Staff and other agencies involved work together. She congratulated
and thanked them for all their hard work.
Director Fowler called for the question, which motion carried, all
directors present voted aye .
TENTATIVE CLOSED SESSION. The Board will consider a motion to enter into
Closed Session, in keeping with Utah Code §52-4-205 for any allowed
purpose .
