THURSDAY, JANUARY 22 , 2004
The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in Regular Session on Thursday, January
22, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at the "Edzoocation" Building, Hogle Zoo, 2600 East Sunnyside
Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah.
The following Council Members were present:
Carlton Christensen Van Turner Eric Jergensen
Jill Remington Love Nancy Saxton Dave Buhler
Dale Lambert
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Executive Council Director; Gary Mumford, Deputy
Director/Senior Legislative Auditor; Michael Sears, Budget and Policy Analyst; Russell
Weeks, Policy Analyst; Sylvia Jones, Research and Policy Analyst/Constituent Liaison;
Lehua Weaver, Constituent Liaison; and Jan Aramaki, Constituent Liaison/Research and
Policy Analyst were present.
Councilmember Love presided at and conducted the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA
#1. RE: Resetting the date of February 10, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. to accept public
comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning properties located at 622, 624,
626 South 1100 East from Institutional (I) to Residential (R-2) pursuant to Petition
No. 400-03-21.
Councilmember Buhler moved and Councilmember Saxton seconded to approve the
Consent Agenda, which motion carried, all members voted aye.
