Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to planting at the City Cemetery.

9. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City by providing for the creation of the City Organizational Chart to be
made available to the public and updated on a yearly basis.

10. Consider and approve a request from the Emergency Housing Assistance Pro-
gram for an appropriation of $10,000 to partially fund the Shelter Facility.

D. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Consider and adopt an ordinance confirming the equalized assessment rolls
and levying a tax providing for the assessment of property in Salt Lake City, Utah
Curb and Gutter Extension No. 38-535 (which includes but is not limited to portions
of Atkin Avenue, Bueno Avenue, 2700 South Street, Highland Drive, Elizabeth Street,
Elgin Avenue, McClelland Street, and Windsor Street) for the purpose of paying the
costs of constructing improvements on certain streets within the Municipality con-
sisting of street paving, constructing curbs, gutter, sidewalks, drainage struc-
tures, and driveways, removing trees and nonconforming improvements in the way of
new improvements, and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the im-
provements in a proper and workmanlike manner; reaffirming the establishment of a
special improvement guaranty fund; and establishing the effective date of this
ordinance.

2. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, January 18, 1983, at 6:00 p.m.
to consider and approve a resolution amending budgets of Salt Lake City, Utah, for
the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1982 and ending June 30, 1983.

1. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 51-6-8 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to Public Utilities in resi-
dential districts (telecommunications equipment).
