south between Columbus Street and Victory Road.

p.m. to discuss Petition No. 400-35 submitted by Mr. Robert W. Koyen re-
questing the vacation of a 20-foot wide alley which runs east and west be-
tween Victoria Way and Topaz Drive for a distance of 140 feet, parallel to
10th North and 9th North in Salt Lake City.
