TUESDAY, JUNE 12 , 2018
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 7 : 06 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Erin Mendenhall Charlie Luke Andrew Johnston
Amy Fowler Derek Kitchen James Rogers
Chris Wharton
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Jennifer Bruno,
Council Executive Deputy Director; Patrick Leary, Mayor' s Chief of Staff;
David Litvack, Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City
Attorney; DeeDee Robinson, Deputy City Recorder; and Kory Solaria,
Assistant City Recorder; were present .
Director Mendenhall presided at and Director Rogers conducted the
meeting.
OPENING CEREMONY
#1 . 7 :08 :22 PM The Local Building Authority Board led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
#2 . 7 :06:26 PM Welcome/Review of Standards of Conduct.
#3 . 7 :08:55 PM Director Mendenhall moved and Director Johnston
seconded to approve the meeting minutes of Tuesday, June 5, 2018 , which
motion carried, all directors voted aye . View Minutes

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
#1 . 7 :09:23 PM Approving a resolution adopting the final budget for
the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 . View Attachments
Director Mendenhall moved and Director Luke seconded to adopt
Resolution 2 of 2018 approving the Final Budget of the Capital Projects
Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah for Fiscal
Year 2018-19, which motion carried, all directors voted aye .
