TUESDAY, JUNE 13 , 2017
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 7 : 05 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.
The following Board Directors were present:
Stan Penfold Charlie Luke Andrew Johnston
Lisa Adams Derek Kitchen Erin Mendenhall
James Rogers
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; David Litvack,
Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City Attorney; and Cindi
Mansell, City Recorder, and Makayla Hardy, Deputy City Recorder; were
present.
Director Penfold presided at and Director Mendenhall conducted the
meeting.
OPENING CEREMONY
#1 . 7:05:18 PM The Local Building Authority Board led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
#2 . 7:05:40 PM Welcome/Review of Standards of Conduct.
#3 . 7:08:50 PM Director Penfold moved and Director Luke seconded to
approve the minutes of the Local Building Authority Board meeting held
May 23 , 2017 , which motion carried, all directors voted aye .

POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS
#1 . 7:10:07 PM Adopting a resolution adopting the final budget the
Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30,
2018 . View Attachment
Director Penfold moved and Director Kitchen seconded to adopt
Resolution 4 of 2017, which motion carried, all directors voted aye .
