A. Legislative Action Regarding Development in the Transit Station Area (TSA)
Zoning District
Council Member Kitchen would like to initiate a legislative action requesting the
Administration review and make recommendations for amendments pertaining to
development in the Transit Station Area(TSA) zoning district.
Concerns have been raised that the existing TSA standards are not meeting the stated
purpose of the district. The intent of the legislative action would be to identify and
incorporate potential changes.
If the Council is supportive of this request, a vote will be taken during the formal meeting
to initiate this petition.
