TUESDAY, JUNE 5, 2018
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 7 : 05 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.
The following Board Directors were present:
Erin Mendenhall Charlie Luke Andrew Johnston
Amy Fowler Derek Kitchen James Rogers
The following Board Director was absent:
Chris Wharton
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Jennifer Bruno,
Council Executive Deputy Director; Patrick Leary, Mayor' s Chief of Staff;
Rusty Vetter, Deputy City Attorney; and Scott Crandall, Deputy City
Recorder; were present.
Director Mendenhall presided at and Director Rogers conducted the
meeting.
OPENING CEREMONY
#1 . 7:06:50 PM The Local Building Authority Board led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
#2 . 7:05:33 PM Welcome/Review of Standards of Conduct.
#3. 7:07 :25 PM Director Luke moved and Director Mendenhall seconded
to approve the meeting minutes of Tuesday, May 15, 2018, which motion
carried, all directors present voted aye. View Minutes

PUBLIC HEARINGS
#1. 7 :07 :45 PM Continue to accept public comment and consider
approving a resolution adopting the final budget for the Capital Projects
Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah for Fiscal
Year 2018-2019 . View Attachment
Director Kitchen moved and Director Fowler seconded to close the
public hearing and defer action to a future meeting, which motion
carried, all directors present voted aye .
