EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 1993
The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in Executive
Session on Tuesday, March 11, 1993, at 4:00 p.m. in Room 325,
City Council, City County Building, 451 South State Street.
In Attendance: Council Members Alan Hardman, Paul Hutchison,
Nancy Pace, Roselyn Kirk, Don Hale, Ron Whitehead and Tom
Godfrey.
Also In Attendance: Cindy Gust-Jenson, Executive Council
Director; Gayland Moffat, Chief Negotiator for Labor Barganing;
Frank Fraser, Director of Human Resource Management; Frank
Nakamura, Assistant City Attorney; Ashley Yoder; Roger Black,
Director of Management Services; Kay Christensen, Chief of Staff;
Brian Hatch, Deputy to the Mayor; Roger Cutler, City Attorney;
and Steven Allred, Deputy City Attorney.
Council Chair Kirk presided at and conducted the meeting.
The meeting was called to
order at 4 :10 p.m.
