Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to City Creek Canyon by adding new Sections 49-4-13 and 49-4-14, closing City Creek Canyon to public vehicular traffic and setting the reservation fee for City Creek Canyon picnic facilities. Consider and approve a resolution authorizing the execution of an inter- local cooperative agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the University of Utah for installation of lawn, landscaping, and a sprinkling system and main- tenance thereof by the University of Utah around the City's Fifth South water reservoir. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 1983 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Petition No. 329 of 1983 submitted by Joey Montrone, et. al. , re- questing that the alley running north and south between Richards Street and West Temple and starting one lot north of 2100 South running to the lot south of Hart- well Avenue be vacated. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 1983 at 7:45 p.m. to discuss the proposed modifications to Title 5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, which are necessary to adopt the 1982 Edition of the Uniform Construction Codes. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 1983, at 6:15 p.m. to discuss Industrial Revenue Bonds for Leads Northrup Co. in the amount of $2,750,000 for the purchase of 7 1/2 acres of land at 5425 West Amelia Earhart Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah and construction of a 40,000 square foot office and light manufacturing building, and consider authorization of resolution relating thereto. Set a date for a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the proposed ordinance amending Subsection 10 of Section 47-3-1 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, that would require dedica- tion of land for future parks and recreation facilities by subdividers. Consider and approve a resolution creating Sugarhouse Beautification Special Improvement District, Project No. 38-708, and authorizing the City to proceed with advertising of the construction bids.
