TUESDAY, MAY 1 , 2018
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 7 : 19 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.
The following Board Directors were present:
Chris Wharton Charlie Luke Andrew Johnston
Amy Fowler Derek Kitchen James Rogers
Erin Mendenhall
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Patrick Leary,
Mayor' s Chief of Staff; David Litvack, Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff;
Margaret Plane, City Attorney; DeeDee Robinson, Deputy City Recorder;
and Scott Crandall, Deputy City Recorder; were present.
Director Mendenhall presided at and Director Fowler conducted the
meeting.
OPENING CEREMONY
#1 . 7 : 19:53 PM The Local Building Authority Board led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
#2 . 7:30:49 PM Welcome/Review of Standards of Conduct.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
#1 . 7 :33:36 PM Approving a resolution adopting the tentative budget
for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt
Lake City, Utah, for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 . View Attachment
Director Kitchen moved and Director Rogers seconded to adopt
Resolution 1 of 2018 , which motion carried, all directors voted aye.

CONSENT 7 :34 :21 PM
#1 . Setting the dates of Tuesday, May 15, 2018 and Tuesday, June
5, 2018 at 7 :00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider approving a
resolution adopting the final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of
the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah for Fiscal Year
2018-2019 . View Attachment
Director Luke moved and Director Rogers seconded to adopt the
Consent Agenda, which motion carried, all directors voted aye .
