TUESDAY, MAY 16, 2017
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 7 : 00 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.
The following Board Directors were present:
Stan Penfold Charlie Luke Andrew Johnston
Lisa Adams Derek Kitchen James Rogers
The following Board Director was absent:
Erin Mendenhall
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; David Litvack,
Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City Attorney; and Scott
Crandall, Deputy City Recorder; were present.
Director Penfold presided at and Director Kitchen conducted the
meeting.
OPENING CEREMONY
#1 . 7:07:45 PM The Local Building Authority Board led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
#2 . 7:08:09 PM Welcome/Review of Standards of Conduct.
#3 . 7:10:27 PM Director Rogers moved and Director Luke seconded to
approve the minutes of the following Local Building Authority Board
meeting, which motion carried, all directors present voted aye .

PUBLIC HEARINGS
#1 . 7:10:53 PM Accept public comment and consider a resolution
adopting the final budget the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building
Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1,
2017 and Ending June 30, 2018 . View Attachment
Director Penfold moved and Director Rogers seconded to continue the
public hearing, which motion carried, all directors present voted aye.
