MINUTES AND SWORN STATEMENT
FOR CLOSED MEETINGS

upon oath, state as follows :

property as permitted by the Open and Public Meetings Act;
7 . investigate proceeding regarding allegations
of criminal misconduct; or

1 . If the meeting was closed for any reason
identified in paragraph B. 1 or B. 2, above, this document
constitutes the record and minutes of said meeting, as
required by Section 52-4-206 Utah Code Ann . , 1953, as
amended (Beal. Vol . 5B) .
