A. Decision Needed for July Meeting Dates
In July and August, the Council typically only schedules two meetings each month to
accommodate summer schedules. Two tentative dates were originally published to
give the Council options to decide at a later date. The current schedule and Chair-
suggested schedules are listed below:

Below are the remaining meeting dates during"budget season". Council meetings
will be held every Tuesday until the budget is adopted,with Thursday dates
marked as tentative should the Council like to hold additional discussions.
If Council Members have any known conflicts with these meeting dates, please let
staff know.
