Direction/Approval of June 21,2013 Council Meeting Minutes Russ Wall made a motion to approve the minutes of the Salt Lake Valley Council Meeting held June 21, 2013; Dr. R. Brian Bennion Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. II. Direction/Approval Metal Incentive Restoration Russ Wall made a motion to draft a letter to both Councils, to reinstate the Metal Incentive Program effective November 1, 2013. Incentive 25/75 split as it was in 2008 with no cap and in December 2013 pay back employees for the year of 2009 which they lost ; Dr. R. Ryan Dupont Seconded the motion. The motion passed to unanimously. III. Direction/Approval Mattress Recycling Letter of Support Brian Bennion mad a motion to approve the Mattress Recycling letter of Support; Russ Wall Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
