E. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. That the City Council convene as the Board of Canvassers and in-
struct the City Recorder to begin the canvass of the municipal election
returns for the election held Tuesday, November 8, 1983; and set a date
on Tuesday, November 15 to reconvene as the Board of Canvassers to de-
termine that the statement prepared from the abstract of votes is cor-
rect and sign a certification which will determine which candidates re-
ceived the greatest number of votes and, therefore, are elected.

On the 9th day of November, 1983, I personally delivered a copy of the
foregoing notice to the Mayor and City Council and posted copies of the same
in conspicuous view at the following times and locations within the City and
County Building, Salt Lake City, Utah:
1. At 5:00 P.M. in the City Recorder' s Office, Room 311; and
2. At 5:00 P.M. in the Newsroom, Room 301.
