MINUTES AND SWORN STATEMENT
FOR CLOSED MEETINGS

upon oath, state as follows :

personnel, devices or systems;

reasonably imminent litigation;
5 strategy session to discuss the purchase,
exchange, or lease of real property if public discussion of
the transaction would: disclose the appraisal or estimated
value of the property under consideration; or prevent the
public body from completing the transaction on the best
possible terms;
6 . strategy session to discuss the sale of real
property as permitted by the Open and Public heetings Act;
7 . investigate proceeding regarding allegations
of criminal misconduct; or
8 . other, described as follows :
C . I certify that :
1 . If the meeting was closed for any reason
identified in paragraph B. 1 or B. 2, above, this document
constitutes the record and minutes of said meeting, as
required by Section 52-4-206 Utah Code Ann. , 1953, as
amended (Reol . Vol . 5B) .

identified in paragraphs B. 3 through B. B, above, a recording
was made of the closed portion of the meeting; and there
