The City Council met in a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 13, 2016, at
3 : 38 p.m. in Room 326, Committee Room, City County Building, 451 South State
Street.
In Attendance: Council Members James Rogers, Stan Penfold, Andrew Johnston,
Derek Kitchen, Erin Mendenhall, Lisa Adams, and Charlie Luke .

Councilmember Rogers presided at and conducted the meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 3 : 38 p.m.
AGENDA ITEMS
#1 . CONSIDER A MOTION TO ENTER INTO CLOSED SESSION, IN KEEPING WITH
UTAH CODE FOR ANY ALLOWED PURPOSE .
Councilmember Mendenhall moved and Councilmember Luke seconded to
enter into Closed Session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of
real property pursuant to Utah Code §52-4-205 (1) (d) ; and §78B-1-137
Attorney-Client matters that are privileged. A roll call vote was taken.
Council Members Adams, Kitchen, Luke, Rogers, Penfold, Mendenhall, and
Kitchen voted aye. See File M 16-2 for Sworn Statement .
