E. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and adopt an amended and restated resolution of intent
consisting of the initial proceedings relating to the issuance of up to
S10,000,000.00 in principal amount of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds
of Salt Lake City, Utah to finance the acquisition of telephone refurbish-
ing and mobile radio manufacturing facilities and improvements for Select
Telephone Technologies (The "Project") ; authorizing Select Telephone Tech-
nologies or its successors, designees or assigns to acquire the project to
be financed by such bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a memo-
randum of agreement by and between Salt Lake City and Select Telephone Tech-
nologies or its successors, designees or assigns with respect to financing
of said project; and providing approval by the City of an application to
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for an Urban Develop-
ment Action Grant in the principal amount not to exceed $4,500,000.00
