2. Kevin Oaks, Wasatch Front Regional Council, will discuss the Utah
Transit Authority.
3. Arthur Young Company will brief the Council on the status of the
Fiscal Year 1982-83 audit.
4. Mayor Wilson will address the Council on Economic Development
Strategy.

1. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an Adopt.

reciprocal basis.
