COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
The Salt Lake City Council will meet as the Committee of the Whole to
discuss and consider the following:
1 . Cheryl Cook will brief the Council on items relating to land
purchase in Little Cottonwood Canyon and Trust for Public Land.
2. Consider and adopt an ordinance closing and narrowing portions of
200 West from South Temple to 100 South Street to accommodate the Salt
Palace Expansion Project.
3. Consider and adopt an ordinance closing Folsom Street in Block 78,
Plat A, at approximately 50 South from 200 - 275 West, to accommo-
date the Salt Palace Expansion Project.
BUDGET, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
5:45 P.M. (Approximate) The Committee will meet to dis-
cuss: City Animal Control , Animal Control Advisory Board and City
Administration's decision not to contract with County for animal
control services.

PUBLIC SAFETY AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
5:45 P.M. (Approximate) The Committee will meet to discuss
the following: 1 ) Draft policies for Fire Department relating to
Budget Manual . 2) Draft policies for Parks Department relating to
Budget Manual .
