• Carbon Solutions Summit in Santa FE, NM
Council Member Fowler was invited to attend the Exchange'1.9 Carbon Solutions
Summit in Santa Fe,NM October 2-3, 2019.This invitation-only event consists of an
evening reception Wednesday, October end and a Thursday, October 3rd roundtable
discussion about adding a fee to polluting fuels.
There is no charge for the reception or roundtable, and they are limited to 3o and 20
participants respectively. Cost to the Council Office would be for travel expenses.
➢ Are Council Members supportive of Council Member Fowler attending
the conference?
All Council Members were in favor of Councilmember Fowler attending
the conference, except for Councilmember Mendenhall,who was
absent for the vote.
