THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 , 2003
The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in Regular Session on Thursday, September
4, 2003 at 10:24 p.m. in Room 326, City Council Chambers, City County Building, 451
South State.
The following Council Members were present:
Carlton Christensen Van Turner Eric Jergensen
Jill Remington Love Nancy Saxton Dave Buhler
Dale Lambert
Mayor Ross C. "Rocky" Anderson; Cindy Gust-Jenson, Executive Council Director;
Edwin Rutan, City Attorney; and Beverly Jones, Deputy City Recorder, were present.
Councilmember Christensen presided at and conducted the meeting.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
#1. RE: Adopting a motion authorizing the Council Chair to sign a contract with
consultants for analysis of issues relating to retail development on Main Street and
in the Gateway Shopping Center and for participation in a fact-finding meeting.
ACTION: Councilmember Love moved and Councilmember Jergensen seconded to adopt
the motion, which motion carried, all members voted aye.
