The Budget, Finance and Administration Committee will meet to discuss
a request for Industrial Revenue Bonds in the amount of $5,000,000 for
James R. Savage, Inc. to finance an industrial project at the Salt Lake
International Center.

The Salt Lake City Council will meet as the Committee of the Whole to
discuss the following:
1. Items relating to Salt Palace agreements between Salt Lake City and
Salt Lake County.
2. Lou Miller will brief Council regarding the proposed Avigation
Easement.
3. Phil Halstrom will discuss the Avigation Easement and concern of
developers.
4. Discuss items relating to Council scheduling and Council business
matters.

NOTE: Members of the City Council Land Use Committee will meet with
members of the Public Utility Advisory Board to discuss items relating
to land purchase and exchange in Little Cottonwood Canyon for City
watersheds at 2:30 P.M., Thursday, September 8, 1983 in Room 211 City &
County Building.
