I,Jennifer Hale,Chair of the Salt Lake City and County Building Conservancy and Use Committee
hereby determine that conducting public meetings at an anchor location presents a substantial risk to
the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location.Due to the Center for Disease
Control and Prevention(CDC)social distancing requirements,I find that conducting a meeting at the
anchor location constitutes a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at
the location.
I find that conducting a meeting at an anchor location under the current state of public health
emergency constitutes enough risk to the health and safety of those who maybe present at the
location to justify conducting the meeting in a virtual environment. Moreover,the City&County
Building,which is the anchor location for Salt Lake City and County Building Conservancy and Use
Committee meetings,is presently implementing upgraded audio video recording equipment,which is
not in place for regular occupation.
In accordance with this amendment,meetings will be held on a WEBEX virtual meeting on April 11,
2022 at 4:00 PM. For future meetings,notifications will be sent out with the minutes of the meeting
and will be as determined by the level of risk at the time. Thank you for your cooperation and
willingness to serve.
