TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2015
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah, met on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 7 : 26 p. n. in Room 315,
Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Kyle LaMalfa Stan Penfold James Rogers
Charlie Luke Erin Mendenhall Lisa kdams
Luke Garrott
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Executive Council Director; Jennifer Bruno,
Executive Council Deputy Director; Margaret Plane, City Attorney;
David Everitt, Mayor' s Chief of Staff; and Cindi Mansell, City
Recorder; were present .
Director Garrott presided at and Director Luk conducted the
meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
7:26: 02 PM Councilmember Garrott moved and Cou cilmember Adams
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene As the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members voted aye.
#2 . Continue to accept public comment and apprcve a resolution
adopting the final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local
Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the gemainder of the
Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2015 and Ending June 30, 2016 .
Director Garrott moved and Director Penfold secon ed to close the
public hearing.
Director Garrott said he assumed this budget would be adopted in
conjunction with the regular City budget . Director Lu e said that was
his understanding.
Director Luke called for the question, which motion carried, all
directors voted aye .

Director Mendenhall moved and Director Garrott seconded to
adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and
reconvene as the City Council, which motion carried all directors
voted aye .
The meeting adjourned at 7 : 27 p.m.
