TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2015
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah, met on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 7 : 00 p.m. in Room 315,
Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Kyle LaMalfa Stan Penfold James Rogers
Charlie Luke Erin Mendenhall Luke 3arrott
Lisa Adams
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Executive Council Director; Margaret Plane,
City Attorney; David Everitt, Mayor' s Chief of Staff; and Nicole
Smedley, Assistant City Recorder; were present .
Director Garrott presided at and Director LaMal a conducted the
meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Garrott moved and Councilmember Ro ers seconded to
recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of Directors of
the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all members voted
aye .
#5. Accept public comment and approve a resolution amending
Resolution 3 of 2014 of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah which adopted the final budget for the Capital Projects
Fund of the Local Building Authority for the remainder of the Fiscal
Year beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015 . (Budget
Amendment No. 1) View Attachment
Director Mendenhall moved and Director Penfold s conded to close
the public hearing and adopt Resolution 2 of 2015 , which motion
carried, all directors voted aye .

#6. Accept public comment and approve a resolution adopting the
final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building
Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the remaindeX of the Fiscal
Year Beginning July 1, 2015 and Ending June 30, 2016 . V ew Attachment
Director Mendenhall moved and Director Penfold seconded to
continue the public hearing to June 2, 2015, which mot on carried, all
directors voted aye.

Director Luke moved and Director Penfold second to adjourn as
the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and reconvene
as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors voted aye .
The meeting adjourned at 7 : 25 p.m.
