Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee
MEETING AGENDA

A meeting of the CCAC will be held Thursday, January 13, 2011 from 8:30 a.m.
to 10:00 a.m. in Room 542 (Roger Cutler Conference Room)
of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street.
The meeting is open to the public.
1. Adopt December 2, 2010 Meeting Minutes
2. Presentation of economic indicators (including salary budget projections &
cost of living index)
3. Presentation of annual salary survey results—
a. Elected Officials, Department Heads & Other Key City Leaders
Salary Survey
b. Wasatch Compensation Group (WCG) & Western Management
Group (WMG) benchmark comparisons
4. Committee recommendations for 2011 Annual Report
5. Confirm next meeting date
