Housekeeping a. June meeting minutes approval i. Motion made by Dennis Faris and seconded by Jeff Rose to approve the June Board minutes as presented. The motion passed unanimously. b. Draft August Agenda i. As a starting point to build the agenda for the next month's meeting,board will give input and items Rick wants to discuss will be put in the Drop Box. 2. Public Comment Period a. No Comment made at this time 3. Staff Updates a. 30 second glimpse of every project Parks and Public Lands are currently working on this was presented through a PowerPoint. Discussed Board member concerns as well for several projects. See powerpoint of list of projects discussed b. Liberty Park Pump House- will save 68 million gallons of water each year, educational panels on outside of the house to educate the public and attract people, this project funding is from an ESCO project in the City. 4. Jeff Rose seconds the motion, all in favor, motion passes. 5. Confirmation of Next Meeting: August 15, 2013, 5pm 6.
