Direction/Approval of April 25, 2014, 2013 Council Meeting Minutes Rick Graham made a motion to approve the minutes of the Salt Lake Valley Council Meeting held April 25, 2014; Dr. R. Ryan Dupont Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. II. Direction/Approval Budget Adjustment for$100,000.00 to Replace South Scale Russell Willardson made a motion to open the budget to transfer $100.000.00 from Capital Reserves to Capital Expenditure for repair of South Scale; Rick Graham Seconded the motion.
