Direction/Approval of August 22,2014 Council Meeting Minutes Rick Graham made a motion to approve the minutes of the Salt Lake Valley Council Meeting held August 22, 2014; Russell Willardson Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. II. Direction/Approval for Fund Transfer Russell Willardson made a motion to approve the Transfer of Funds except for the first item on the list for the $1,424,000 for the new HHW and Education Building; Dr. R Ryan Dupont Seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Russ Wall amended the motion and made a motion to table this item until next meeting on October 31, 2014; Rick Graham Second the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
