A meeting of the CCAC will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021
from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM .
This meeting will be an electronic meeting pursuant to the Chair’s determination that
conducting a public meeting at a physical location presents a substantial risk to the
health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location. For these
reas ons, the Committee will not have a physical location for this meeting and all attendees

1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum
2. Review & adopt January 19, 2021 meeting minutes
3. Public comment : The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group
representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or
questions will be limited to a maximum of three minutes. Submission of written comments
for this part of t he meeting is acceptable.
4. Discussion of topics, statistical data, and recommendations to be included in the
Committee’s 2021 annual report, including but not limited to:
a. Local area benchmark market data & analysis
b. Internal pay equity audit
c. Salt Lake County living wage data
d. WorldatWork 2020-21 salary budget forecast
e. SLC employee turnover and recruitment data statistics
f. Employee benefits information
g. Any other data, report, or information deemed relevant to the Committee’s
ability to formulate responses and recommendations
