Director's Report Brian Butler, Chief Financial Officer,updated the Airport Advisory Board regarding current events. There were no questions for Brian Butler. C. Airport Redevelopment Program (ARP) Update—Mike Williams, ARP Director, SLCDA Mike Williams, Airport Redevelopment Program (ARP)Director, presented an update on the ARP (presentation on file). Upon a motion by Karen Mayne and seconded by Cyndy Miller, the board approved formally expressing their utmost gratitude to the various services under Facilities Maintenance. A formal document of said gratitude will be created. All votes were affirmative. Page III 5/10/2022 CONSTRUCTION REPORT CONSTRUCTION (1) North Cargo Apron Site Development - The Contractor will begin placing the lean mix concrete layer for the apron in the next few weeks. The Phase 4 capture area of Taxiway B from A7 to A10 continues with the temporary SIDA fence being nearly complete and the existing perimeter road in the area has been removed. With the removal of the existing SIDA boundary fence, the work in this area will be outside of the AOA. (2) Pump House No. 5 Renovations - The Contractor is currently working on the badging process and submittals. Due to the long lead time on the equipment, construction will not begin until the end of June 2022. (3) GA Zone 3 Corporate Hangar Site Development-The Contractor will be finishing utility work and taxilane paving this week.The project is on schedule to complete construction by the end of May 2022. (4) Landside Lighting Wire Replacement-The Contractor has begun with wire replacement in Phase 1 of the Economy Lot. This phase of the project is anticipated to be finished by June 3, 2022. (5) Gateway Building Restroom Renovations - The Contractor was issued a notice to proceed on March 22, 2022. Permit documents have been submitted to Salt Lake City Building Department and are currently in plan check review. The building permit is anticipated to be issued the week of May 23, 2022. At that time, the Contractor will establish a construction schedule for the project.
