Greta Sommerfeld moved to accept the following statement:A quorum of the Bicycle Advisory Committee shall
be as defined in the Salt Lake City Code Chapter 2.07.1-40. For purposes of determining whether a quorum is
present, all members present shall be counted,including members who may abstain from a particular vote.A
particular member is considered present when they are physically present at the location of the meeting, or are
otherwise connected to the meeting via electronic means and make their presence known. Matthew Morriss
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
