RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends the Council consider the
recommendation in the attached letter from the Mayor and appoint Ronald Joe Zeidner a member
of the Sister Cities Advisory Board.

Listed below is my recommendation for the membership appointment for Sister Cities
Advisory Board.
Ronald Joe Zeidner to be appointed for a four year term, starting from date of City
Council advice and consent and term ending on Tuesday, July 6, 2027.
