2. Approval of the Minutes
Teresa Gregori motioned to approve meeting minutes from 11/27/2023,Jacob Skog
seconded the motion.

3. Discuss ESG Applicant Questions/Responses
Kerry Thomas explained that the few questions that were communicated to the programs did
not receive a response back in time for the current meeting to discuss.
4. Discuss HOME Applications
Brad Christensen requested a question be asked to the CDCU Downpayment Assistance
Program. He is wanting to know; would it be more efficient to award all DPA funds to one
agency rather than potentially split among three? Dillon Hase and Dennis Rutledge were
able to give some insight into how each agency provides different services that are
beneficial to the community.
Devon Schechinger requested a timeline be given for the New City Plaza Apartments by
Housing Opportunities INC..
Andrea Schaefer asked what the maximum loan amount per applicant is for the
Homebuyer Program from SLC Neighborhood Improvement& Stabilization Team. She is
also wondering if it is required for them to go through the Shared Equity Program to be
eligible for this program?
Brad is wondering out of the 210 beneficiaries within the HOME program, how many are
estimated to receive rental assistance?

There were no other topics of discussion.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:02pm.
