Dear Mayor Mendenhall,
The Racial Equity in Policing Commission has reviewed applications and would like to
recommend Ms. Chloe Raymundo to become a commissioner. As a full-time student and very
engaged youth in her communities, the Commission strongly believes Ms. Raymundo will bring
forth a valuable perspective to the commission's work. Ms. Raymundo currently serves on the
Youth Diplomats of Utah, Youth of Utah Advocacy Coalition (YUTAC), and the Community
Anti-Drug Coalitions of America. As an eager and determined youth in the community, Ms.
Raymundo will be a voice that the Commission finds necessary as she is passionate about
seeking ways to advocate for justice, safety, and quality of life for the people in Salt Lake City.
Again, on behalf of the REP commission, we recommend Ms. Chloe Raymundo. Please see the
attached file for her application and resume. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Sincerely,
Michelle Mooney, Equity Manager
