Members will review the October 4, 2023 meeting minutes and consider for approval.

A. Election of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
RAC will nominate and elect a member to be Chair and nominate and elect a member to be
Vice-Chair of the Redevelopment Advisory Committee for 2024.
B. FY 2024-25 Housing Development Funding Strategy – Lauren Parisi, Senior Project
Manager and Tracy Tran, Senior Project Manager
Members will receive an update on the FY 2024/25 Housing Development Funding Strategy
and may provide comments and feedback to RDA Staff.
5. Adjournment
