Members will review the February 1, 2024, meeting minutes and consider for approval.

A. NWQ, LLC Phases II &III Tax Increment Reimbursement Request
Members will review a recommendation consideration of Phases II&III tax increment reimbursement request from
NWQ, LLC.
4. Adjournment
