Approval of the Minutes for June 5, 2024 Action: Approved 2. Addition Modifications for Salisbury Mansion at Approximately 547 E 100 S - Brandon Harris, on behalf of the property owner, Phil Winston, of 574 E Holdings, is requesting approval for a Minor Alteration. The original approval was granted by the Commission in November 2017 and additional modifications were granted by the Commission in May 2021. The proposal applies to the spandrel glass between floors and at the parapet. The request is to change this from glass to brick. The proposal is referred to the Historic Landmark Commission since the original approval was from the Commission and the modifications are on a street-facing facade. The property is designated as a Salt Lake City Landmark and is in the Central City Historic District. It is zoned RMF-45 and is within Council District 4, represented by Eva Lopez Chavez.
