RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends the Council consider the
recommendation in the attached letter from the Mayor and appoint Gloria Mensah as a member of
the Board Appointment Recommendation: Racial Equity in Policing Commission.

Appointment Recommendation: Racial Equity in Policing Commission.
Gloria Mensah be appointed for a two year term starting from date of City Council advice and
consent and ending on Monday, December 28, 2026.
