The proposal includes a request for a modification of the side yard setbacks to be reduced by 3’ from the required 8’ to 5’. Minor Alteration for Liberty Park Rotary Play Park at Approximately 600 E 900 South - Ronnie Pessetto, representing Salt Lake City's Public Lands Department is requesting minor alteration approval from the City to modify and update Rotary Play Park in Liberty Park. Liberty Park is designated as a Salt Lake City Landmark. The property is zoned Open Space. The proposal is referred to the Historic Landmark Commission due to the size and scope of the
